8 months old!!

The twins are 8 months old now! We are having SO MUCH FUN!!

Tanner is now CRAWLING!!! He can sit up on his own from the crawling position and is pulling up!! He also has 3 new teeth, which makes a total of 4!! He got all 3 in about 2 days, poor guy.
Tatum had a lot of first this month. She got her 1st tooth, and another is about to pop out too! She is also sitting from a crawling position and pulling up!! Troy had put Tatum in her crib and we were changing Tanner. We turned around to get her and there she was, just standing in her crib looking up at us!! SO CUTE!! She is so close to crawling, I would think in the next couple of days!

Sick babies :(

Tatum and Tanner are sick for the first time, YUCK!!! They both have been running a fever, coughing, and have a runny nose. We went to the doctor on Monday and he says that it is a virus that is going around. So in other words, we have to wait it out. Please pray for a speedy recovery for the both of them!!

Happy 1st Birthday Mackenzie!!

Last weekend we flew to Dallas for my neice's 1st birthday party!! It was the babies first time to fly on an airplane that had more than four seats! HA HA
The twins did great!
They actually slept most of the time!

Twins 1st Flight

We took the babies up for their first flight. Troy's dad was taken up by his dad on his first flight and Troy was taken up by his dad on his first flight. We wanted the babies to take their first flight by their daddy too!! We rented a plane from Hooks in Tomball on a beautiful sunny day.

Alaska

Grandma and Grandad went on an Alaskan cruise and brought back all of these goodies for us!!

back some duck noise makers!! They love them!!

I'm bored!

We were crazy bored sitting around the house all day, so we decided to drive to downtown for dinner. Walking thru the theater district downtown Houston trying out our new stroller!

We took the new stroller down on the bayou (Buffalo Bayou) and walked around by the water.

Here are Tatum and Tanner at Bayou Place in Hard Rock Cafe.We met "Pappy" for dinner at China Garden next to Toyota Center. China Garden has been feeding our family for over 25 years.
We had a great time in the city today.There are other buildings downtown believe it or not, we just didn't happen to stand in front of any and whip out a camera.

Troy's Cousin's Wedding

The four of us had a great time at my cousin's wedding in Katy, TX this weekend.
I love dancing with my wife, but look what happens...



Our new little dance partners were a big hit.

The babies were great. They didn't even make a peep during the wedding ceremony.

Busy Week!!

Tatum and Tanner are 7 months old! It is getting more fun by the minute!! The babies have changed so much this month. They are both sitting and playing very well. They are now getting up on their hands and knees and rocking back and forth, everyone tells me that crawling is around the corner. Even though they are not crawling they somehow mange to get into everything, we have had to baby proof the house!! They both reach and grab at everything in sight. One of my favorites is that they are reaching for us now, any time we come into the room they put both hands up in the air for us to pick them up, SO CUTE!!!

Poor Tanner doesn't even know what he has in store for him from his sister for the rest of his life!! Thank goodness he is sooooo easy going!!
Nursery #2 is complete!! I have to brag on Troy, he painted all of the pictures in the nursery. Each baby has their own painting with their birth info on it. He also painted a cute Noah's Ark!!

This week Tanner did two major things in one day!! He pulled up all by himself!!

He also got his first tooth!! Sorry, it is hard to see in this picture.

Poor daddy doesn't even get a break. As soon as he gets home from work, mommy puts him to work helping dress us after our bath!! I think he enjoys it though!!!
We got to meet our niece Isabella for the first time this week. Chad (Troy's brother) and his wife Luisa live in Cabo and are in for a family wedding. Isabella was born 7 weeks after the twins. Tatum was so excited to meet her new cousin!!

We took Texas Road House over with all of the babies and our gear!!
