Mommy's First Mother's Day

This past Sunday was a girls dream come true, my first Mother's Day. At this time last year I was yearning to be a mother and this year I am a mother of two!! Wow, how life has changed in one year. Troy made the day one I will never forget. I just now got to see this picture of the babies. He took the babies shopping with no help. They had a ball!!The day started out getting to wake my precious babies up. It is my favorite time of the day, when they wake up and look at me they immediately start smiling!! It melts my heart every time!! Then Troy made me a wonderful breakfast and took care of the twins so that I could get ready for church with no distractions(that is a gift in itself!!) Then we all went to church. Troy's mom, step dad, and Eric met us there. We came back to our house for a wonderful Bar-B-Q lunch. We had a wonderful afternoon playing with the babies. Here I am with my mom (this woman deserves Mom Of The Year for all of her help with the twins).

Here is Troy with his mom and brother. Another wonderful thing about Mother's Day is that now I get my own gift!! The gift of these two lives is more than I could ever ask for, but Troy went above and beyond. Here is the card from the babies. Wow, they already know how to write mommy!!! I'm so proud!!I got a charm bracelet with two silhouette charms. They say the babies names with their birth dates. It was such a PERFECT gift. I love it!! Thank you Troy, Tanner, and Tatum!!

Thank you Troy for a day I will never forget, you made it so special. Being a mother has been the most rewarding experience of my life. I have never been so happy. My husband and these two little miracles mean more to me than they will ever know. I love all of you!!!!
